Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

In all circumstances of cancellation, the payment processing fee levied by the 3rd party payment provider shall be the responsibility of the booking guest.  Such amount shall be deducted from any applicable refund, if charged by the payment processor (typically about 3%).
